Same-Day Delivery (SDD) Terms & Conditions
For those customers who may not be able to wait for your order or make it to your store, REDCLICK offers same-day delivery SDD services is a big convenience for you so it being able to deliver your orders within the same day will make you happier.
These terms of service (TOS) govern your use of SDD services, which is provided by REDCLICK ONLINE SDN. BHD. By accessing SDD, you are indicating your acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms of use. These terms of use are subject to change by our company at any time in its discretion.
Your use of this SDD services after such changes are implemented constitutes your acknowledgement and acceptance of the changes. Please consult these terms of use regularly.
- SDD standard flat charges will be RM20 per trip
- Customer can eithers place the SDD via online (website) or offline
- For online orders, you may select SDD as your shipping option or instant bank transfer for offline orders
- Delivery trip will be scheduled within KLANG VALLEY Only transportation arrange by REDCLICK ONLINE
- Customer required to make the SDD before 5.00 pm CUTOFF Time
- We will arrange the SDD within working hours upon confirmation of order & received payment
- Collections & deliveries are made on working days only. Kindly refer to the operation hours for federal states:

Monday - Friday: 9.00 am to 6.00 pm
Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday: Close
Upon Confirmation of SDD services, your personal information we collect may include recipient - Name, Contact Number, Delivery Address & Remark.
