Q2. Will you register the warranty for me or I may need self e-register?
A2. We will registered for you before delivery and we will provide you with your purchase tax invoice as a secondary supporting document for your future claim.

 

Q3. Why my warranty period have past over 2 months when I check in official manufacturer website?
A3. The date that shown in the manufacturer website is a manufacturing date. You actual warranty period is based on your purchase tax invoice dated.

 

Q4. I have rejected my warranty claim in service center?
